As service managers in the largest oil heated city in the world we have the daunting task of doing business in one of the most complicated markets in the world.
Our chapter utilizes the experiences of our members to help deal with regulatory issues such as the New York City Dept of Bldgs., City Fire Dept and Dept of Air Resources.
At our monthly meetings we have mini training seminars that pass along new product information as well as technical data for our members and invited service technicians.
We embrace the difficulties that our members have in maintaining profitability in our tough market place and try to offer solutions through discussion during our open forum.
